VoroMQA software for Linux and macOS is included in the latest Voronota package available from github.com/kliment-olechnovic/voronota/releases.

Users of Ubuntu 18.04 and newer can also install Voronota from the Ubuntu repository:

sudo apt install voronota

VoroMQA can be executed using 'voronota-voromqa' command:

voronota-voromqa -i model.pdb

Command line options can be listed with '-h' flag:

voronota-voromqa -h

Users of VoroMQA may be interested in areas of contacts and solvent-accessible surfaces. This information can be obtained using 'voronota-contacts' command:
