Getting the standalone software
VoroContacts server uses the Voronota software package version 1.22.
Voronota software for Linux and macOS is available from github.com/kliment-olechnovic/voronota/releases.
Using the Voronota software to compute contact areas
The easiest way to calculate areas of contacts and solvent-accessible surfaces is using the 'voronota-contacts' command:
voronota-contacts -i model.pdbCommand line options can be listed with '-h' flag:
voronota-contacts -h
